   Description: The Foundation awarded to Portland State University, the largest gift it has received, ($8 million) for the construction of the Northwest Center for Engineering, Science and Technology at PSU, as well as to establish two professorships, five student fellowships, and an endowment for the dean of the Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science.

   Description: A Foundation gift of $2 million was awarded to help establish the Samuel M. Jordan Center for Persian Studies and Culture as a UCI Campus Gift in collaboration with the Claire Trevor School of the Arts and School of Humanities to serve as a resource for the research, instruction and celebration of Persian history and culture.
